Day 10 - We have lost another of our party members. Thoran was slain by something we had never seen before, arakhnoeidês as they whom dwelt here called it, but huge!  Perran and I must struggle on together, but our hope is beginning to fade.  The evil that curses these walls strikes also at us, I fear.  Thoran was killed as we searched for Shauns' practice sword.
